Meet your teacher…
Hi, my name’s Rosie.
I started my journey into Sound Healing in 2020 when I decided to follow my dream of being a full time sound healer and sharing this incredible work with the world.
Since then, I have built a thriving business online and in my community in Sayulita, Mexico. I have:
Shared 1000+ soundbaths for clients all over the world.
.Held space for thousands of clients in healing sessions and soundbaths.
Scaled my Sound Healing business to multi-6 figures.
Trained dozens of new Sound Healers in my GLOW School of Sound Healing.
Held and taught at retreats and trainings across the world.
Shared sound healing with 100,000+ viewers online.
I believe that the more we help each other grow, the more we can share this healing work with the world and my mission is to empower you to step into this journey for yourself to help you heal what’s holding you back and create a life and work that truly lights you up.
I also have 10 years of social media marketing experience and originally trained as a singer before finding out I had a hole in my vocal cords that made me lose music from my life, until sound healing brought me back home to my purpose and helped me heal my voice (along with many other things!)
Schedule
DAY ONE: OPENING
Arrival opening ceremony and sound bath experience with Rosie.
DAY TWO: ENERGY & SOUND
Learn the foundations of working with sound and energy. Learn about the chakra energy system, how to set space and how to work with your own energy as a healer.
DAY THREE: SCIENCE OF SOUND
Learn basic music theory and the science of sound to understand how sound affects the human body and why sound healing is so beneficial. Learn how to play your bowls and work musically to create beautiful sound experiences.
DAY FOUR: HOLDING SPACE
Learn how to create and structure your sound baths and healing experiences. Practice 1:1 and group offerings.
DAY FIVE: INTEGRATION
A mid-week day off to integrate, create and explore the surrounding area.
DAY SIX: FINDING YOUR VOICE
Gain confidence in your practice, activate your voice and your gifts, create your own unique offerings and understand what you are here to share with the world.
DAY SEVEN: TRANSFORM
Step into creating your sound healing business, learn how to build your own brand and market your offerings. Final exam, soundbath practice and graduation ceremony. Final Q&A with Rosie.
DAY EIGHT : CLOSING
Closing practice and sound bath experience with Rosie.

A Typical Day

A daily morning practice combining movement, meditation and breath to help you nurture your energy for the day.

A delicious healthy breakfast made by our private chef.

A 2 hour session each day working through the 30 Hour Sound Healing Training Curriculum. This combines talks, presentation, practice time and group work on each module of the course.

A short daily meditation practice to help you experience the possibilities of sound and meditation.

A delicious nourishing lunch made by our private chef.

Free time each day for you to recharge and develop your own sound healing practice, work through the training manual and development worksheets, and reading list. This time will also include options for additional training or 1:1 sessions.

Daily reflections and Q&A from the day.

Daily evening sessions exploring the different possibilities of sound healing. These will include different ceremonies, dance, cacao, yoga, breathwork and sessions with guest healers and practitioners.
FAQ
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. There is a 3 or 6 month payment plan available. You will pay a $1111 deposit upfront, followed by monthly payments (price dependent on your room type: EARLYBIRD PRICING UNTIL 5/5: Shared room $488 per month for 6 months / $999 3 months. Private room: $622 for 6 months / $1222 3 months.). Please contact me for details and if you would like to discuss further options to make the retreat possible for you.
Is my travel included?
No, you will need to book your own travel to Puerto Vallarta airport to arrive on 8th November before 3pm. There will be an airport shuttle provided at a set time. If you need assistance arranging alternative transport from the airport, please let me know. Once you are on the retreat, all your accommodation and meals are included in your investment.
Do I need experience in sound healing?
No! Beginners and those with experience are all welcome. We will be starting from the beginning to teach you all you need to know about sound healing and becoming a sound practitioner. For those with experience, this will help to deepen your practice and knowledge of growing your own sound healing business.
Do I need to bring instruments?
Yes, you need to have at least 3 crystal bowls of your own to bring with you to this training. It is easy to bring bowls as carry on luggage on your flight, please let me know if you need any advice about this! I have travelled with my bowls all over the world!

What is your refund policy?
The commitment to this training course has the potential to change your life and is a commitment and an investment into yourself. Your payment secures your place and helps me to invest in the running of this training, space rental, equipment and more. As such, I do not offer refunds unless in extenuating circumstances where I have to make unexpected changes or cancellations to the dates or running of this course that no longer work for your schedule.
