These healing sessions are intuitive and personalised to work with your energy and any intentions you bring to the session to help you move stuck energy, bring balance and release anything stored in your body or energy field. Both sound healing and reiki are used to bring a deep state of relaxation and meditation to the body and nervous system to allow you to access a deep state of healing.
