Location:
Lower Abdomen: The sacral chakra is located about 2 inches below the navel, around the pelvic region. It is associated with the reproductive organs, hips, lower back, and kidneys.
Symbolism and Function:
The sacral chakra governs creativity, pleasure, sexuality, and emotional well-being. It is connected to your ability to experience joy, intimacy, and deep emotional connections with others. It also influences your ability to be flexible, spontaneous, and enjoy life. When balanced, it supports healthy relationships, creativity, and emotional expression. An imbalance in this chakra can lead to emotional instability, sexual issues, or difficulty with creativity.
